Chicken, Skinless & boneless                        4 each
Yogurt, using previous recipe                         ½ cup
Turmeric, peeled                                            1” root
Serrano chile                                                 ¼ each
Cumin, toasted                                              1 tsp
Coriander, toasted                                        1 tsp
Cinnamon, ground                                        1/8th tsp
Shallot, peeled & rough chopped                  2 each
Garlic, peeled                                                1 each
Ginger, peeled & rough chopped                  1” root
Apple cider vinegar                                       1 tbsp
Tomato, plum                                                1 small
Safflower oil                                                  2 tbsp
Salt                                                               1 tbsp

Get that oven ready for whats coming:  Preheat to 350
In a blender, combine all ingredients excepting your chicken and puree. Pour this delicious marinade over the chicken and let it sit for 2-3 hours prior to baking. 
Bake for 20-25 minutes until done.
