Plum Tomatos, chopped 10 each
Garlic, peeled and slivered 4 each
Chopped Onion 1 large
Cumin 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Fennel Seed 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Butter 3 tbsp
Heres how to get it:
Grab a large skillet and place on the stove on medium low heat. Add your butter, onion, garlic, and ½ the salt. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes until garlic is soft but not brown.
Add the tomato and spices and then season with the rest of the salt. Turn the heat to medium, cover, and let stew, stirring occasionally, for 15-25 minutes.
